Internal Server Error problem with com_opensim

Hi im´new on jopensim

i can´t open jopensim on competents i get this error:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

i´m using windows and plesk panel..

Update

After meeting Cochineal inworld in jOpenSimWorld, we investigated the error log a bit closer and found out, that the (Windows)Server missed some write permissions required for Joomla to work. Did this solve the problem Cochineal?
