Error Possibly preventing login

Our users are having some issues logging in to our grid and when they try to login we end up getting these errors:

We recently moved our websites to a Godaddy hosting account so when we performed server maintinance our websites would remain online. Would this error prevent login? I know our OpenSim logs are indicating that search is not working, but not sure why logins are having an issue.

Hi loralai :-),
After having a look on google i found out that GoDaddy has issues with xmlrpc , this is nothing with jOpenSim, although in your situation i would ask you provider if xml-rpc is installed , if you manage this server yourself and you are on debian you could do a
apt-get install xmlrpc php5-xmlrpc

I dont think that is it DJ, I have two instances of OpenSimulator running on one server, one is able to do everything fine but the other one is having an issue with it. Was the search module programed for only one instance?

Okay perhaps that was the issue. Not getting that long error anymore now that I moved over to one host, but still getting sporadic log in issues. Is there a webhost you can recommend? we are trying to keep the website off the servers that our grid and regions are running on
