jOpenSim 0.3.0.12 released

jOpenSim 0.3.0.12 is mostly a bugfix release to be now compatible with Joomla 3.6.5

New:

More flexibility for custom background image of the map ... new values added for this in the global configuration

Fixed:

component jOpenSim:

Maps stopped working due to new Google url's. jOpenSim comes now with it's own bubble script to avoid this in future
When transferring jOpenSim to new servers, the global config could break the admin template completely

module jOpenSimAdmin:

For same reason as above, the cpanel module could even cause the control panel to break and make logins in backend impossible

plugin jOpenSimRegister:

last name control stopped working since Joomla 3.6.5 (thanks to halbo5 for pointing me to this)
