jOpenSimMoney updated to v0.2.8

A new version of jOpenSimMoney is available in the download section.

Changes:

this version solves an issue preventing it loading during startup in OpenSim 0.7.5 running under Mono on some Linux enviroments.
Important for license holders: when removing a region manually (with delete-region or remove-region) in the console, the region count will now be correct as well.
